Sizes shown here do not include the frame, when ordering please allow for a 2" mount. If you are unsure about sizing please don't hesitate to contact me by e-mail or phone and I'll be happy to discuss the best options for your portrait. Custom sizes are also available.

UK PAYMENT AND DISPATCH

When your portrait is ready I will contact you by e-mail and ask you to view your portrait online. Once you have confirmed that you are 100% happy with it I will ask for payment prior to dispatch. You can pay by cheque or preferably online by debit card through PayPal. If you are paying by cheque I will need to wait until it has cleared before sending your portrait.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance and 'next day service' at a cost of �8.00. (or �12.00 if framed). Please feel free to collect it in person if you wish.

OVERSEAS PAYMENT AND DISPATCH

The approval process for your portrait is as outlined above. Payment is usually made by credit/debit card through PayPal. All payments should be made in GB pounds, please use the rotating currency converter as a guide. Your unframed portrait will be sent to you via Royal Airmail at a cost of �15 (please allow 5-8 working days).

HOW TO ORDER

Once you have chosen the photograph/s you would like me to work from and have some idea of the size of portrait you require please get in touch via the contact page with the details. It would be preferable at this stage if you could attach any photographs so that I can advise on the best ones to use (please see photographic tips page which will give you help in choosing the best photos and on taking pictures which will give good results.

When I have recieved your enquiry I will reply by e-mail the same day to discuss your requirements and give you a quote and estimated completion date (usually within 6-8 weeks).

I guarantee that any photographs you send me will be returned to you.

When e-mailing it would be helpful if you could include your phone number in case there are any problems with contacting you electronically.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Alternatively you can give a friend or relative the chance to purchace their own portrait by sending them a Pastelpals Gift Certificate, from as little as �10 these can be used as part payment towards the cost of a portrait for up to 12 months.

FRAMING

You may decide that you want your portrait delivered complete with frame so that you can hang it up straight away or give it to someone as a gift, therefore I have included a choice of frames in a variety of styles which should suit any type of decor Please indicate your preference or feel free to ask my advice if you're not sure.
